Spring Classes at La Cuisine Verte

Award-winning British food writer Sarah Beattie’s new morning cooking classes for Spring followed by lunch with wine.

9th OR 16th FEBRUARY – LOW FAT, FULL FLAVOUR. If you are looking to shed a few kilos before the summer but don’t want to just eat rabbit food, this is for you! Lots of fresh fruit and vegetables, with clever ideas to reduce the fat content without sacrificing the taste.
